Annie joined the TowneBank Merchant Services team in 2021. As a Merchant Services Advisor, she assists business members in and around the Richmond, VA area with accepting credit card, debit card, and online payments. Annie also supports her members with knowledgeable support and training tools to help them streamline their payment processing and reporting.

Annie earned her Bachelors of Science degree from Radford University and has prior banking industry experience.
