Located in the heart of Uptown Charlotte, the Allen Tate Center City office has served the urban metro market since 2000. Our new location, at 233 North Tryon Street next to the Dunhill Hotel and across from the Carolina Theater, features both traditional and flex work space. It is home to 20 Realtors who serve the four wards of Uptown, as well as nearby neighborhoods in Dilworth, Wesley Heights, NoDa and more. The large, welcoming lobby includes a rotating gallery featuring local artists. Allen Tate offers a full range of services, including mortgage, insurance, title, relocation and home services.
