Most of our staff have been working here for over ten years, and our "newest" staff member has been with us for more than seven years. Whenever you stop in or call us, our trained staff can answer your machine, software, or sewing questions on the spot. We love giving personal service with unlimited 1:1 lessons for our customers who buy a machine from us (we will also help those who purchased their machines elsewhere for a small hourly fee). Our Bernina, Embroidery, and Serger Clubs are free to customers who bought their machines from us and a small fee for others. We also offer classes in many different sewing and computer skills. We have factory trained Bernina technicians on site with more than 17 years experience.
