We are local and family business.
Me and my wife we start this project around 3 or 4 years ago when we were working for a big company fixing and testing Apple computers, such MacBook Pro and MacBook Air. Me (Juan) i was the manager of the Engineering Department and my daily function was repair the logic boards and train the new technicians that we were hiring every month.

My wife (Dei) she was the head of the QC Department (Quality Control Department) so she was in top of every computer that my department was fixing. After 1 year we were fixing and testing around 500 devices per month.

In Engineering Room we do the same process of repair and testing that we learn from big companies but we more detailing than before. We are always learning new techniques or repair and testing to can be more effectives in time and money cost so we can provide a lower and better repair cost for our customers.

We (ER) we don't focus our success in money we focus our success in happiness, and money will come with time.
