Our store features products that we have personally tested and approved in the field. We stand behind all of our products and services. We are a specialized store in which we sell products and provide expert services. Our staff are NYS Licensed Guides and Instructors. We are authorized dealers in many of our products. We have endured extensive hours in training so that we can advise our customers on the proper use and what/how a product will perform. It's just not going to a store and picking out a kayak, a canoe, a life jacket or a camping stove. We explain what performance you as a customer can expect from any one of our products. We also specialize in demos of all products. If you are looking at a specific boat we will spend time with each customer on land and on the water demonstrating the water craft. We explain and work with customers in the proper fitting of life jackets, paddles, camping gear, proper clothing and most important - how to use a product. We also take great pride in the fact that we educate a customer in the safety requirements of vehicle racks. We like to service our customers by installing vehicle racks and then explain the entire process of how to load and tie down a kayak or canoe. We teach many classes throughout the year to include Introduction to Kayaking, Eskimo Roll Clinics, Kayak & Canoe Safety & Rescue Classes and Wilderness & Remote First Aid (Certification Classes).
