Town and Country Veterinary Clinic is a full service veterinary facility which has served the Fort Worth area for over 35 years. Our clinic provides numerous services including: yearly vaccinations and wellness checks, surgery, x-rays, in-house and send-out diagnostics, emergency care, as well as grooming and boarding for both cats and dogs.

Dr. Nelson bought Town and Country from his colleague, Dr. Todd, in April of 2011. Since then, we have continued in striving to provide excellent care to our patients, and exceptional service to our clients. Dr. Nelson bases his practice on the Bible verse: "A good name is more desirable than great riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold."- Proverbs 22:1.
